WORRY FREE BOOKING
When you book Kiddos ChuChu, please be assured that you don’t have to worry about anything related to the train. We will meet with you early in the booking to plan the logistics of the train routes, and will allow sufficient time to set-up, to be able to start your event promptly as scheduled.
Our train is transported in an enclosed trailer, every booking includes a train conductor, and free delivery to San Mateo county. Additional fees apply for further counties.
OUR PRICING
We charge by the hour, starting at 1 hour min, if your event is in San Mateo County. Events out side SM County are required a min of 2hr please click here to Contact us in order to receive a quote. Please make sure to include your event detail such location, date and time.
REQUIREMENTS FOR
BOOKING
We require a 40% deposit at the time of booking. As we get booked very fast and want to make sure we are available for your event and will not book for anyone else.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay via check, cash, credit card, PayPal and QR code.
Insurance and Safety
We are licensed and fully insured, the children’s safety is our top priority! Our trains are fully equipped with ECO-friendly technology, making the experience smooth, unique and most importantly harmful.
We understand the unexpected situations come up, these could be changing date, time, location, etc. We will work with you in accommodating these request, as costumer satisfaction is also our main priority. If unfortunately for some reason the event must be cancelled, we must advised in writing at least (10) days prior to the event date, and any security deposit will be fully refunded. If the 10 day policy is not met, any security deposit will be forfeited. Please de advised that the ONLY exception on our cancellation policy is weather permitting (rain), which affect the operations of the train.
